Personal Meditation No. 146
“It may not be your fault but it is still your problem.”
Embrace the Within.
Living in a world filled with flawed people as a flawed person is a struggle. I am not going to say it is easy to work on being better when so many are not. Those decisions about trying to find what you want to become and setting out to achieve that goal is lonely work and long hours.
BUT I can’t focus on the struggle or I will get out of the winning mindset. Amor fati. Enjoy what life throws my way and be grateful for another chance, another hour, another day to keep building and moving forward. Visualize what I want and make it manifest through alignment of my body and mind. I have been cleaning up the routine and giving myself some time in the morning to meditate. Time to clear out the noise of my mind and focus on being present.
The past few days of doing this new routine are freeing and focusing. I feel as if I already won the day before I leave the house. I get my plan all together and get out there and take it one day at a time. And I think that is one of the best ways to look at life for me. Long term lists and plans that break down to a daily plan to accomplish in order to move myself further down the path.
So, be grateful for your continued chances to make choices today. Enjoy whatever opportunities the day brings you. Keep working on that journey to where you want to be.
Have the day you want. I hope you find whatever you’re looking for.
