Personal Meditation No. 1
“There is no doubt that people are facing a problem with fear and violence. The only way to break free from these mindsets is through health.”
Courage is choosing to change.
People are afraid. People are violent. And the two mindsets are ever more present when talking online or in-person to people. Some of the fears people face are justifiable but many are manufactured. Many fears are being marketed through a variety of media to a people ready to be afraid. Primed to be fearful because being afraid is easier than showing courage. Being afraid is easier than changing.
Fear is weaponized in this culture of hate and violence. Unhealthy people with real problems are walking around broken ready to lash out violently. These people do not need access to guns to be violent. They are violent in their words, violent in their actions, violent in their relationships, violent in their diet, violent in their finances, violent in their mind, violent in their body, violent in their soul.
These people are hurt. These people are broken. These people are unhealthy. But rather than choosing to fix themselves. Rather than choosing to put the pieces together. These people would rather do the easy thing. These people would rather descend than evolve.
If you are one of these people or know one of these people, then know that you can choose, they can choose different. It all starts with taking ownership of your body.
Once you start eating real food. You will be amazed at how easy you can start fixing all the other things in your life. But, you need your health. They need their health. And you’re not going to get healthy in the grocery store, in the fast food line, with carry out. You’re only going to get healthy when you start respecting yourself and what you’re doing to your body.
If you’re not working on getting healthy today, then what do you have in your future? Without your health, then what do you really have?
It’s your body. It’s your choice. Choose to be courageous?
